A shift in thinking

Keller Williams has a data pledge. We will never sell your data. It's protected and secure. In this day and age when "data" is considered as valuable as oil, that's a big deal. We're NOT making money on selling client data, and I respect and appreciate that.

It is a typical practice for Realtors to cold call from client lists, send out mass emails, and knock on random doors asking for business. No one likes a call out of the blue. While my emails are actually relevant and interesting, it's just another email clogging up someone's mailbox. And when was the last time someone knocked on your door to sell you something, or some service and you actually said yes? I believe that if you're selling your largest investment, you should hire a professional to do it, not someone who may have been selling knives last week, and roofing last month.

So we've taken a new stance. No cold calling. No drip emails. No Door Knocking. It’s annoying. I don’t like it when someone does it to me, so why should I do it to others. When I contact you, it's for a specific reason. For a specific purpose. I don't want to waste your time.
